In addition to providing a safe working environment for our employees and cost savings for our clients, our management's commitment to safety provides a win-win situation for each of our projects.
A direct result of our safety program is our low Workers Compensation Experience Modification Factor (mod rate) of 0.78. The savings we incur in insurance costs are passed on to our clients.
