Since 1962, we have always strived to be a company that delivers on commitments, performs at a high level, and represents ourselves with dignity and class. We always try to “do the right thing,” even if it comes with a cost. Everything we do, individually and as a team, makes an impact on someone. This may be a customer, a subcontractor, a fellow team member, or just someone observing from a distance. As a result, our customers have become our best salesmen; our subs recommend us to others as the best contractor to hire; and architects recommend us to their clients as a contractor they want on the job - confident the work will be performed professionally, with honesty and integrity from beginning to end. Because of this, our reputation and our brand have never been stronger. With each of you as our partners, we look forward to continued success in the future!
Since 2002, Lincoln Builders employees have supported United Way of Northeast Louisiana in its goal to help people and improve our community. Through employee donations, by volunteering in programs like the READ.LEARN.SUCCEED. education initiative and the Dollars & $ense Fair, and by serving on various committees, our employees have enabled Lincoln Builders to consistently be in the prestigious Circle of Honor. Lincoln Campaign Coordinator Colleen Simmermaker said, “We strive to increase our level of employee participation each year through incentives.” In this year’s workplace campaign, Lincoln employees had the opportunity to put a “pie-in-the-face” of their managers and officers! As you can see, they took advantage of the moment with great pleasure!
Jerry Brasher, VP of Lincoln Builders of Ruston presented employees from FL Crane with our Outstanding Performance Award. This is essentially a plaque that states our appreciation for their vital role in the delivery of the project.
