Lincoln Builders is a full-service general contracting, construction management, and design/build firm headquartered in Ruston, Louisiana with regional operations in Ruston, Louisiana, Bedford, Texas and Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Keith Keller

Division Leader & Vice President-Operations

Education:
BS, Construction Management, University of Louisiana-Monroe, 2002

Keith joined Lincoln Builders in 2005, bringing experience in preconstruction, as well as project management. Since joining the Lincoln Builders team Keith has held assignments as project engineer, estimator, preconstruction manager, project manager. Project experience throughout the southeast on projects ranging in size from $1,000,000 to $50,000,000.

As Division Leader and Vice President of Operations, Keith is responsible for the oversight of the Baton Rouge Division including safety, preconstruction, marketing & business development, all operations field management, project management, quality control, and continuous improvement. Keith also provides overall management, monitors all key performance indicators, and provides analysis to ensure all strategy for the company objectives are being met.

Keith ensures value and service is added to each experience for our client while carrying out our mission.

Nick Miller

Senior Project Manager

Since joining the Lincoln Builders team in 2013, Nick’s knowledge of construction management has contributed to the success of numerous projects in the Baton Rouge division.  Currently, Nick serves as a senior project manager. In this role he is responsible for the oversight of all active projects as it pertains to schedule, cost control, subcontractor relations, and owner relations.

Prior to joining Lincoln Builders, Nick managed the implementation of over $300,000,000 in commercial construction. Throughout his time at Lincoln Builders, he has managed projects ranging from $1,500,000 - $25,000,000 in size. In addition to working in project management, Nick also held the role of estimator assisting in preconstruction efforts totaling over $500 million.

Nick is a graduate of Louisiana State University where he earned a bachelor of science in construction management. He is also a graduate of Catholic High School in Baton Rouge where he serves on the Alumni Board of Directors.

Andy Boniol

Director of Preconstruction Services

Education :

BS, Construction Management, Louisiana State University, 2001

Andy recently joined the Lincoln Builders team bringing very strong experience in commercial and light industrial preconstruction and estimating. He is a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE) and has completed the 32-hour course for Revit Architecture 2012 Fundamentals. Andy has held Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) since 2011. He is also a member of the Port Allen Rotary Club.

Andy is a key leader in the entire work acquisition process including day-to-day oversight of preconstruction and integrated project delivery services of the Baton Rouge office. His responsibilities include coordination and management of preconstruction and support staff, as well as establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients and suppliers.

Justin Whittington

Field Operations Manager

Education:
BS, Construction Management, Louisiana State University, 2005

Since joining Lincoln Builders in 2007 Justin has served in pre-construction, as Project Superintendent, MEP Coordinator, and Project Manager.  As Field Operations Manager, Justin oversees the day to day operations of all Baton Rouge Division jobsites.  He is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget, while maintaining the core values and quality standards of Lincoln Builders. Using his past experience working on projects ranging from $2,000,000 – $34,000,000, Justin works closely with each Project Superintendent to implement the “Lincoln Way” on each of our jobsites. This is accomplished by building strong relationships with subcontractors, architects, engineers, program managers, and clients while maintaining Integrity throughout the process.

Frances Bernadas

Office Manager

Education:
Attended University of Tennessee at Chattanooga

Frances joined Lincoln Builders, Inc. in 2006 bringing several years of commercial construction experience. She is responsible for all Accounting, Assistant Project Management, and Office Administration for the Baton Rouge Office.
