This new 100,000 square foot facility houses both Monster Moto’s headquarters, relocated from Dallas, Texas and its manufacturing operations relocated from China. Situated on a 17 acre site, the facility is the first tenant of the new 90-acre Russtown Industrial Park, formerly the Ruston Municipal Airport. The pre-engineered metal building includes 2,400 square feet of office, 5,400 square fee of retail space, and 92,000 square feet of manufacturing area. The design allows for future expansion.
