Lincoln Builders proudly partnered with Gardner Denver to deliver a major industrial expansion at their Benbrook, Texas facility—one of three significant projects completed for the company across Texas and Louisiana. This Benbrook project contributed to a combined 225,000 square feet of new manufacturing and operational space, underscoring Lincoln’s expertise in large-scale industrial construction.
The Benbrook facility serves as a key site for Gardner Denver’s Fluid Transfer Division, which specializes in high-performance pumps, compressors, and fluid handling systems for petroleum and industrial applications. The expansion was designed to support increased production demands and enhance operational efficiency.
Lincoln Builders was engaged early in the process, allowing for seamless coordination of tilt-wall concrete construction, heavy foundation systems, and specialized infrastructure tailored to Gardner Denver’s advanced manufacturing requirements. Despite an aggressive timeline, the project was completed on schedule, thanks to proactive planning and concurrent task execution.
