Lincoln Builders is proud to have partnered with St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe, Louisiana, on the construction of its new Central Energy Plant (CEP)—a transformative infrastructure project designed to power the future of healthcare in Northeast Louisiana.
Located adjacent to the main hospital campus, the $37.5 million facility replaces a more than 20-year-old system and serves as the backbone of the hospital’s mechanical and electrical operations. The CEP features state-of-the-art chillers, boilers, piping, generators, and a robust power grid—all designed with scalability in mind to support future campus growth. This project marks the first phase of a long-term master plan to modernize and expand the downtown St. Francis campus.
The CEP is a critical component of St. Francis Medical Center’s commitment to providing reliable, uninterrupted care to the community. Lincoln Builders is honored to contribute to this vital project, reinforcing our commitment to building infrastructure that supports essential community services.
