With a need for room to grow at their existing location, Frost Factory owners contacted Lincoln Builders for assistance in enlarging and updating their facility. By coming on board the project early along with the architect, we were able to assist the design team in budgeting and materials/methods to achieve the Owner’s budget and schedule. A new façade of metal wall panels and stone veneer married the existing facility to the new addition for an updated appeal, while the interior office spaces were upgraded for a fresh look with efficient functionality.
