Lincoln Builders is proud to have partnered with Lincoln Preparatory School in Grambling, Louisiana, to bring to life a transformative educational facility.
Completed in 2023, the new 85,000-square-foot campus stands as a beacon of resilience and progress for the community. The state-of-the-art complex features specialized science, computer, and robotics labs, a library, a school-based health clinic, and a 930-seat gymnasium equipped with locker rooms and training spaces. Designed with safety in mind, the gymnasium also serves as a FEMA-certified storm shelter. Athletic facilities include a new football field, with a track, stadium grandstands, press box, and a modern field house.
This project was the result of a collaborative effort involving Lincoln Prep, M3A Architecture of Jackson, Mississippi, and project manager Volkert, Inc. Despite challenges such as material price increases due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the team successfully delivered a facility that supports up to 1,000 students without compromising on quality or scope.
The new campus not only provides a permanent home for Lincoln Prep's students and staff but also symbolizes the school's enduring commitment to educational excellence and community engagement. Lincoln Builders is honored to have played a role in constructing a facility that will serve generations to come.
