Tech Pointe II, a $15 million, 40,000-square-foot Class A office building, officially opened in October 2023 as an expansion of Louisiana Tech University's Enterprise Campus. Located at the intersection of South Homer Street and Dan Reneau Drive, this facility was developed through a collaboration of state, city, and private funding.
The primary objective of Tech Pointe II is to strengthen partnerships between the university and industry, offering students enhanced experiential learning opportunities. By integrating corporate tenants within its campus, Louisiana Tech aims to create a "virtuous cycle of success," where student engagement with industry partners leads to rewarding careers and fosters regional economic growth. This initiative not only provides students with practical experience but also addresses the talent acquisition needs of local companies, thereby enhancing workforce development in Northern Louisiana.
