This private client's growing equipment rental business had reached its full capacity and needed to relocate in order to accommodate continued growth. Lincoln Builders was selected to come onboard early in the design development to provide a new 16,000 SF facility of hybrid construction with PEMB and light gage metal framing. The facility includes 3,900 SF of office space with high-end interiors, an 11,680 SF 5-bay shop area with overhead crane, and an exterior double bay.
