To provide space for Gastrointerology, Cardiology and Pain physicians and exam rooms, it was necessary to completely renovate 23,000 square feet on the 4th floor of this medical office building. Working while floors 1-3 remained fully operational required that all materials be hauled out or brought in via a single 4th floor window with a forklift. This enabled the facility's tenants and staff to focus on their patients. During the demolition process, procedures for extra cleanliness were required, such as negative air and cleaning workers prior to exiting the space. Added to these precautions were the facility's full-time mask rule and daily temperature checks of the crews due to COVID-19. By providing winning solutions with teamwork and cooperation from all stakeholders, Lincoln Builders overcame the compressed schedule and other challenges the project presented to deliver a successful project for this client.
