Relocation of facilities from a land-locked downtown location to frontage property along Interstate 20 in Ruston. The new facilities encompass 156,000 square feet and include a 1,400-seat colonial design sanctuary, featuring gallery and balcony seating; two-story education wing connecting to both levels of the sanctuary; administrative offices, kitchen areas and library; 27,000 square foot two-story family life center with gymnasium, racquetball court, game room, physical fitness space and snack area; and lastly, a 3,365 square foot chapel for more intimate gatherings.

This three-phase project was fast-tracked under a negotiated guaranteed maximum price contract.
