This two-story 30,000 square foot facility is attached to the existing hospital atrium entrance with a connecting corridor of fixed glazing and houses physician offices and supporting services. The shell building was negotiated with client and performed under a guaranteed maximum contract with tenant finish-out contracts performed separately. This was the seventh project completed at this regional medical campus.
