This three story, 84-unit hotel was designed and constructed under the guidelines of the InterContinental Hotel standards. The result is a beautiful facility in the heart of the business district that maintains a nearly 100% occupancy during the business week. By completing the project on schedule we achieved our most desired goal - a satisfied client.
