To best meet his objectives, Lincoln recommended to the client our design-build services under a cost plus a fee contract with a guaranteed maximum. Our successful completion of that contract allowed us to return savings to the owner. The efficient design and quality workmanship of this 60-unit Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites resulted in the Inn receiving 999 of 1000 score by Bass Hotels, the highest rating ever given.
