Holiday Inn Express :: Ruston, Louisiana

This Inn was the first of its prototype completed for Intercontinental Hotels and the first of many design-build hotel projects Lincoln has successfully completed. Located on the interstate corridor in north Louisiana, the construction of this highly visible three-story, 82-unit hotel provided the impetus for other negotiated contracts for similar inns. This lovely facility was designed and constructed in eight months, enabling the client to establish a revenue stream and maximize his investment.
