The Park Place complex adds an additional 348 beds to the new housing community on the campus of Louisiana Tech University. This completed phase served as a catalyst for a denser urban development joining the campus to downtown Ruston. Park Place provides apartment style living with studio units featuring full kitchens and private balconies overlooking major campus access streets.
